William Riggin & Bank of America Stagnant pool / No pool enclosure. City Ordinance 6 -217 / 13 -2 Date of Service: October 4, 2011 Inspector — Jim Flannigan Code Enforcement Division POLICE �LORID���y • This violation was first observed August 9, 2011. I observed that the house is currently vacant. I observed other violations along with the fence into the back yard was open and damage which is the only pool enclosure. I also observed that the pool was stagnant with no power to the property to filter the water. • The Notice of Code Violation was mailed to the owner of record William Riggin and Bank of America on August 9, 2011. • Both the first class mail and certified mail sent to Mr. Riggin was returned. The certified mail for Bank of America was received and signed for by a J. Santiago. Code Enforcement Division POLICE �LORID���y • This property has been routinely checked and was found to still be in violation as of October 18, 2011. No corrective actions have been observed to indicate that the violation is being or has been corrected. • Certified Mailing of Code Board meeting was mailed on October 3, 2011. return Receipt was signed for by W. Rivera. • Property was also posted on October 3, 2011 by Jim Flannigan with notice of code board meeting for October 18, 2011 •We are asking for finding of fact & relief.
