There are several other violatians with the structure �tat will t�come issues. There has been unpermitted construction on the exterior walls that do not meet the minimal house codes. This property will have to be braught into compliance with the minimal house codes. There are permits that will be required to bring the house into c.ocle. There are several electrical conduits that are not up to cade and several other issues inside the structure that need to be addressed.
