on March 17, 2011 to the owner of record (the Furboters) was
returned unclaimed.
• The Notice of Code Violation was mailed to Bank of America on
April 29, 2011 these notices were signed for by Nelson
Hernandez on May 6, 2011.
• The violations were also faxed to Bank of America on March 2,
2011.

• I have on several occasions spoken with A &R Property
Preservation Services, whom the Bank has contracted several
times to mow the yard, and do minimal repairs, along with bids
on destruction of the residence.
On June 27, 2011 Ron Pulliam of A & R Property Preservation
requested a letter to give to the bank stating the issues of noted
with the property, at this time he allowed me entrance to the
property.
• Building official Mike Scheraldi has placard this house as
uninhabitable on September 20,2011.

•This property has been routinely checked and was found to
still be in violation as of October 18, 2011.
, *There were several other broken windows at the structure that
were repaired by A & R Property this window was not included
with Bank of America's work order according to Ron Pulliam.
•Certified mail of Code Board meeting was mailed on October
4, 2011. This notice was also mailed First Class and has not
been returned. Nelson Hernandez signed for the notice to Bank
of America on Oct. 8, 2011, the owner of records letters were
returned unclaimed.

Regarding this case, I am recommending the owner is given
until November 1, 2011 to correct the violation and a fine of
$250.00 a day imposed if found in non - compliance.
*We are asking for finding of fact & relief.
