In regards to 204 S. Mass Rd. the property has severai violations that are listed below:

i 1-002S3�5 -IPMC 344.7-Roof & drainage, the roof leaks inside, and has a plastic piece over it
at a temporary fix (that is only acceptable for 30 days�
11-00253356-IPMC 304.4-structural members- e�cterior walls are decaying and rotten, several
cracks in the exterior walls
11-0025337- City Ordinance 9-374 no house #- nothing observable from the street
11-0025340-City Ordinance 13-2 Trash & Debris (being cleaned as of 6-27-11 will be
inspected at a later date for case closure)
i1-0025341-City Ordinance 6-195- fence in disrepair (being repaired as of 6-27-11 will be
inspected at a later date for case closure)
i 1-0025342-IPMC 304.13 Broken Windows (being repaired as of 6-27-11 will be inspected at a
later date for ca� closure)
11-0025350 IPMC 304.2 Protective Treatment (paint) there are several areas of the e�erior
walls surface that has mald growing on it, and the paint is no longer providing the
protection from the elements as code states.
There are several other violatians with the structure that will become issues. There has been
unpermitted construction on the exterior walls that do not meet the minimal house codes. This
property will have to be brought into compliance with the minimal house codes. There are
permits that will be required to bring the house into code. There are several electricai conduits
that are not up to code and several other issues inside the structure that need to be addressed.
