In regards to 204 5. Moss Rd. the property has severai violations that are listed below:

at a temporary fix (that is anly acceptable for 30 days)

11-0025350 IPMC 304.2 Protective Treatment (paint) there are several are�s of the exterior
walls surface that has mold growing on it, and the paint is no longer providing the
protection from the elements as cade states.
There are several other violations with the structure that will become issues. There has been
unpermitted construction on the eacterior walls that do not meet the minimal house cades. This
property will have to l� brought into compliance with the minimal house codes. There are
permits that will be required to bring the house into code. There are several electrical conduits
that are nat up to cale and several other issues inside the structure that need to be addressed.
