IPMC 308.1 Infestation- Cockroaches inside, bees, wasps outside IPMC 504.1 Plumbing- Kitchen sink leaks IPMC 605.1 Electrical- Air conditioner pops breaker, exposed electrical wires Please correct these violations by: Paint the decorative pieces that have been filled with concrete, Repair /Replace the Porch /Balcony frames, Replace the screens on the balconies, Repair the kitchen cabinets that have fallen and are being held by a board, repair ceiling damagae at the air conditioner room, paint /repair popcorn peeling in bedrooms, exterminate the cockroaches inside the building, and the bees and wasps outside, reapir the leak under the kitchen sink, repair electrical circuit that is causing air conditioner to blow the fuses, and repair the electrical box outside the building. within Ten (10) days after notification. Failure to correct the violation(s) and to notify the Winter Springs Code Enforcement of said corrections by the date will result in charges being brought against you before the City of Winter Springs Code Enforcement Board which has the power to levy fines up to $250.00 per day per violation for every day that you remain in violation.
