Item.
REFUND POLICY
All fees must be paid in full at the time the facility or program is reserved. No weather refunds;
No splash pad membership refunds; we will try to find alternate solutions. Due to the demand for
participation in summer day camps and the limited number of spaces available, refunds for any
Parks and Recreation camp require a minimum two week cancellation notice to be eligible for
refund. If a patron wishes to cancel a pre- scheduled rental prior to the scheduled rental date, a
refund may be requested and approved at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Director. A
$15 processing fee will be assessed. Request for refunds must be in writing and received no later
than 7 days after the cancellation request (if not specifically addressed in this policy). Refunds
will be issued in the form of a check and will take 2 -3 weeks to process. The Department
reserves the right to grant exceptions in situations including, but not limited to injury, illness or
personal crisis.
