• This violation was first observed May 19 , 2011 . There are large
areas of the exterior walls that have paint peeling off . The paint is
chipped in several areas .
• The Notice of Code Violation was mailed to the owner of record
on July 8 , 2011 . The letter was signed for by Alana Diefel on
July 28 , 2011 .
• This property has been routinely checked and was found to still
be in violation as of September 20, 2011. No corrective actions
have been observed to indicate that the violation is being or has
been corrected.

• Certified mail of Code Board meeting was mailed on
September 1 , 2011 . This notice was also mailed First Class and
has not been returned .
• Property was posted on September 3 , 2011 by Inspector
Butch West with notice of Code Board Meeting .
• We are asking for finding of fact & relief.

Regarding this case, I am recommending the owner is given
until October 4 , 2011 to correct the violation and a fine of
$ 100 . 00 a day imposed if found in non - compliance .
