TLBD Maintenance Fund - 184 (sent via separate emai/7/13/11) B, Maintenance Report 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. P& L landscaping has been performing to standard on the landscape maintenance. Eastwood Tuff Turf was confirmed as the new landscape contractor by the City Commission on )uly 11, 2011 at a regular meeting. Eastwood will begin service on August 1, 2011 at a cost savings of more than $20,000 annually as compared to the previous contractor. Power Exterminators is performing to standard on the chemical services program with the median turf having excellent color and health as of late. Lightscapes is performing to standard on the low voltage lighting maintenance. Fountain Doctors is performing to standard on the fountain maintenance. The fountain basins were recently drained and cleaned by Fountain Doctors to remove algae. One of the main light fixtures in the South fountain at the main entrance required replacement due to age and corrosion. The brass fi�ure was approximately 10 years old. The Hunter 2-wire irrigation system has been performing flawlessly and is saving time, water and money. A maintenance request was put in with the City's Public Works Tree Crew to continue trimming tree branches around all decorative street lights for the TLBD Ph1&2 Projects. We are in the process of doing touch-up painting on all decorative street sign bases throughout TLBD Ph1&2.
