Roll Call: Chairman Laura-Leigh Wood, present Vice Chairman Hugh Fisher, present Boazd Member Dick Crenshaw, present Boazd Member Bazbara Croswell, present Board Member Carole Giltz, present Boazd Member Tony Ingria, present Boazd Member Leah Weisman, present Attomey Kate Latorre, absent Chairman Wood mentioned for the Record that all Board Members were present. Office Of The City Clerk Assistant to the City Cier� Coutant advised the Board Members that a new Member List had been distributed and asked if there were any changes to please advise the Office of the City Clerk. O�9 REFORTS 405. Code Enforcement Board Members Boazd Member Dick Crenshaw inquired about the Member List and said, "I never knew I was At-Large." Captain Glenn Tolleson, Cade Enforcement Bureau, Police Department announced, "Actually the City did that - I want to say it was in December, after the Charter Review passed and they also changed how all the Boazds would be handled. They passed an Ordinance that each of the Commissioners would assign one (1) (Board Member) — with two (2) being At-Large." Further discussion. REPORTS 403. Code Enforcement Chair Chairman Wood commented to Captain Tolleson, "Thank you so much for you and your team doing such a great job because what that has meant is us not having to be here. Of course, we like to be here and volunteer our time, but thank you for doing such a great job on behalf of everyone here. It was a great letter that Boazd Member Fisher sent." REPORTS 404. Captain Tolleson noted he had been working with the Assistant City Attorney, Kate Latorre and has a recommended change to the "Relief Order" stating, "The `Relief Order' does not get Certified into the Public Record of Seminole County until after they've had the oppom�nity, if they are found Guilty and if they aze found to be in Non-Compliance where a monetary value is assessed, that they still have one (1) more Hearing prior to that Order being Recorded." Discussion.
