Pursuant to our Meter Reading Services Agreement with the City of Mt. Dora which the City of Winter Springs is piggybacked to, Section 1.1 allows for annual extensions providing that both parties agree in writing. At this time, Severn Trent Environmental Services would like to offer a (1) one year extension effective October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. Section 9.5 of the agreement allows for a CPI increase on contract extensions. The CPI (see attached) increased 0.103% over the past year, bringing the price per meter for manual read meters from the current $0.71 to $0.72 and the radio/touch read amount from $0.61 to $0.62. Please see the calculations below. All other terms and conditions of the service agreement will remain. Manual Reads • $0.71 X 1.0103% = $0.7173 — rounded to the nearest cent = $0.72 Radio/Touch Reads • $0.61 X 1.0103% = $0.6163 — rounded to the nearest cent = $0.62 If you are in agreement with the above, please sign the two originals of this letter and return one original to me at the address listed above and retain one original for your files. It has been a pleasure serving you and your community over the past year and we are looking forward to continuing to serve the City and its homeowners. If you have any questions or would like to discuss other services, please do not hesitate to call me or Rita Varona at the number listed above or Allen Jerrom at (954) 587 -4255. Sincerely, Agreed and Accepted By: Richard G. Gardner / /zo bo Regional General Manager C of Wintery'■ g .
