Pager Pricing: The prices and /or discounts quoted shall include the monthly cost for the hardware or
device, ground delivery (1 -5 business days), F.O.B. Destination to any location identified by the Customer,
programming, activation, service, repairs and maintenance. USA Mobility agrees to Unlimited messages
for all services detailed below per the specifications in this solicitation. Unlimited rates are based on
(BASE +OF) for 1 -way and (BASE) Leased rates for 2 -way on the approved rate card + $1.o0.
International rates are composed of displayed Rates + NAFTA on approved rate card.
* *OF = up to 5,000 pages per device per month pooled.

The State of Florida has chosen not to re- procure the State Purchasing Agreement (SPA) for Pagers and Paging
Services (7253244). USA Mobility will continue to honor the rates, terms and conditions of that Agreement for u
customers on this expired contract through September 28, 2011. Do note that SPARE units (lway) over 5% will u
be charged at the LOCAL rate. The GCC Group CaII feature is charged the LOCAL base rate (BASE + $0).11
