Mr. Richard T. Goshen has made application to vacate part of the
utility easement to the rear of his property located at 522 Shane
Circle in the Highlands. The reason for this request is t.hat the
pool, built about ten (10) years ago, has encroached the easement.
Please refer to attached correspondence from the various utility
companies and a plat of the easement.

AS FOLLOWS:
TO VACATE AND ABANDON THE SOUTHERN MOST 5.0 FEET OF THAT
CERTAIN 7.5 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT DEFINED AS COMPRISING
THE NORTHERNMOST 7.5 FEET OF LOT 5, THE HIGHLANDS SECTION TWO,
TRACT D REPLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 94, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WESTERLY
15 FEET THEREOF AND THE EASTERLY 5 FEET THEREOF.

Florida Power Corporation has no objection to the abandonment of the
Southernmost 5.0 feet of that certain 7.5 foot wide utility easement
defined as comprising the Northernmost 7.5 feet of Lot 5, The Highlands
Section Two, Tract D Replat, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 94, of the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, less the Westerly 15 feet
thereof and the Easterly 5 feet thereof.
