A RESOLUTION OF THE CTTY COMMISSION OF THE CTI'Y
C?F WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, RECOGIVIZING NANCY
VOBORNIK FOR HER 24 YEARS OF DEDICA'TED SERVICE AS
AN EMPLOYE� OF TfiE CITY OF VVINTER SPRINGS; AND
EXPRESSING OUR APPRECIATION ON BEHALF OF THE
CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, NANCY VOBORIVIK has provided the residents of Winter Springs with 24 years
of dedicated and distinguished service working for the Winter Springs Police Department, the
Office of the City Manager, the General Services Department and the Finance Department.

WHEREAS, NANCY VOBORIVIK joined the Winter Springs Police Department in the position �
of Records Clerk on December 1, 1986; then served as the City Ma.nager's Administrative Secretary !,
and the Purchasing Administrative Secretary. In May of 2000, Nancy became the City's '',,
Purchasing Coordinator and has faithfully served in that capacity since; and
WHEREAS, NANCY VOBOR1vIK holds the title for the employee working in the most
number of City Departments, that she has become our chief cook, bottle-washer and resident `fix-
it' queen, that her powers of infuition, quips and quotes are second to none, and moreover that the
thousands of purchase orders she has processed during her tenure are too numerous to count.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, as follows:
SECTION I— That the Ma.yor, Commission, City Manager, and Staff of the City of Winter
Springs take great pleasure to recognize and honor NANCY VOBORNIK, for her contributions and
long-time service to the residents of Winter Springs through her employment in the Winter
Springs Police Department, Office of the City Manager, General Services and Finance Departments.
SECTION II — That this Resolution commending the services of NANCY VOBOIiNIK be
recorded upon the official Public Records and Minutes of this City Commission of the City of
Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION III — That a copy of this Resolution be farwarded to NANCY VOBORTTIK with our
sincerest thanks for her many contributions.
