WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
NOW THEREFORE I, KEVIN McCANN, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS, FLORIDA, do hereby proclaim pursuant to Section 2-82 of the City Code
as follows:
1. A municipal election of the City of Winter Springs will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026
in conjunction with the general election being conducted by the Seminole County Supervisor
of Elections.
2. The municipal election shall be for the purposes of electing a Mayor and District Two and
District Four City Commissioner, each for a new four-year term of office.
3. The Seminole County Supervisor of Elections shall appoint an Election Board and determine
voting places for the municipal election
