June 11, 2026- An inspection was performed and access was granted to use the complainants side yard to observe the referenced property. Outdoor storage was observed within the pool enclosure and the front entrance area of the property consisting of boxes, tools, and other miscellaneous items. The swimming pool was found to be inadequately maintained.
