On 8/2/2022 at 0950 hours, I responded to the lobby of the police station in reference to possible fraud.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with Mount Greenwood Home Owners Association board members and their attorney. The vice
president, Connie Paoliello, advised me of the following:
In August of 2021, the HOA signed an agreement with Morrison Management LLC, where the operating owner, Tammi Lavon
Morrison, would handle all of the responsibility and operations of the community, including bookkeeping. Part of the managing
agreement is for Ms. Morrison to obtain prior consent from the association if any unbudgeted expenditures exceed $500.00.
On or about August 16th, Ms. Morrison opened up three separate Wells Fargo Bank accounts and deposited the HOA’s funds
into them. A week later, she made several withdrawals of those funds and wrote checks that were unrelated to the association.
More than $500,000 of unrelated expenses appeared on the HOA’s ledger. When confronted with the findings, Ms. Morrison
provided inaccurate reports and statements.
At the time of ending the contract between all parties involved, only $80,000.00 was returned out of the $817,899.83. A total of
$737,899.83 is still outstanding.
Ms. Paoliello filled out a sworn written statement of the incident and stated they would like to prosecute.
I provided her with a Victim`s rights brochure consistent with Amendment Six requirements (Marsy`s Law).
A USB drive with supporting documentation was placed into property and evidence under DDW1.
This case will be turned over to investigations.
