I have a passion for local government and served as the Vice Chair on the Civil Service Board of the City of Clearwater, where I am from. It is important that we, as citizens make wise decisions to keep our community safe and prosperous. I attended the 2026 Seminole County Citizens Academy to become educated about my community. My family was heavily involved in local government in the City of St. Petersburg, both of my grandparents were on City Council and my grandmoter additionally was twice the President of the Pinellas County Teachers Union. Briefly state any specialized knowledge or prior experience you have that would be useful in assisting the board or committee in accomplishing its purpose. I served as the Vice Chair on the Civil Service Board of the City of Clearwater, where I am from. I attended the 2026 Seminole County Citizens Academy to become more educated about my community. Professionally, I lead global technology projects and programs with budgets up to $7M, so I understand tough decision-making, leadership, and operational excellence. I also have my Master of Business Administration and Project Management Professional certification, making me able to understand the broader world we live in and how incentives shape human decisions, and how to execute a plan. Briefly state any experience you have in serving on any governmental board or committee. I served as the Vice Chair on the Civil Service Board of the City of Clearwater, where I am from. In this role we reviewed cases of City employees being punished and determined to grant approval of their appeal, or not. Additionally, the HR Director of the City reported to us on quarterly operations and metrics, and asked for our advising on HR dept decisions.
