TITLE
Sea Hawk Cove Extension at Blake Commons Final Site Acceptance
SUMMARY
Sea Hawk Cove Extension is located at Blake Commons in Winter Springs Town Center
District. The project was approved on June 23, 2025 via Site Plan Final Engineering
Application FEDP-2024-0009 and Final Plat Application SUBD-2024-0001. The final
acceptance closeout list for the project is attached. All relevant items on said list have
been completed and documented evidence of the same on file with the Community
Development Department. Final Engineering inspections were completed on March 25,
2026.
FUNDING SOURCE
RECOMMENDATION
The Community Development Department recommends that the City Commission finds
the site work to have been built in substantial accordance with the Final Engineering
Plan.
