Serving allows me to contribute my financial expertise, support responsible decision-making, and help move initiatives from ideas to results. I was born in Romania and have lived in the United States for over 20 years, which has given me a diverse cultural perspective and a strong appreciation for civic engagement and public service. I bring experience in financial management, budgeting, and compliance within a federal environment, currently serving in a financial role with the U.S. Navy. I hold a Bachelor’s in Public Administration and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management, which strengthen my understanding of governance, policy, and organizational leadership. My background also includes strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accountability and mission success.
