HOUSING INFORMATION: The best way to make your reservations at the Signia is to click here. The group rate is $204/night. Remember that the cut-off date for reservations is July 22, 2025 but the block could sell out before then. In the event that the hotel does sell out, you can contact Melanie Howe for a list of alternative suggestions. We also recommend continuing to try the hotel’s link, as rooms may become available closer to the event. TAX EXEMPT FORMS: In order to minimize wait times during onsite check-in, you are encouraged to send your tax exemption information to the hotel in advance of the conference. Once your reservations have been made, please email your form to Joshua Shorter, along with your confirmation number. Once you send in the tax exemption form, you will also need to complete an attestation form which will be sent to you by the hotel. PARKING: FLC conference attendees will receive a 50% discount on self-parking and a 25% discount on valet at Signia. Based on current rates, those discounted fees will be $20.00 for self and $42.75 for valet. NOTE: If you are an FLC Board Member, please contact Melanie Howe with the specifics regarding your housing needs. EXTRA TICKETS: Please note that everyone planning to attend the Inaugural Celebration on Saturday night MUST have a registration or a ticket. If you are planning to bring a guest to the event and you have not registered them yet, contact Melanie Howe. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be sent to Melanie Howe no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 1 in order to be eligible for a refund. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee and will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be authorized after August 1.
