RE: Missing Receipt for Starbucks
To Whom it May Concern,
In my role as Commissioner of Winter Springs I attended the Florida League of Cities Legislative Action Days in Tallahassee, Florida
from January 26 – 28, 2026. During the trip myself and Commissioner Mark Caruso stopped at a Starbucks location and got food
within the limit of the per diem established by F.S. 112.061(6)(b). I am unable to locate the receipt at this time.
