Dear Mr. Resnick:
This letter is to note late receipt of your 2025 Q4 Campaign Treasurer’s Report due Monday, January 12, 2026.
Pursuant to Section 106.07(8) (b), Florida Statutes, you are subject to a fine of $50 per day for the first 3 days late
and, thereafter, $500 per day for each late day; however, the fine may not exceed 25% of the total receipts or
expenditures, whichever is greater, for the period covered by the late report.
The records reflect that a waiver was received in by the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office Tuesday,
January 13, 2026. Since a waiver was filed, no fine will be assessed at this time. .
