TITLE
IT System Purchase
SUMMARY
Equipment and software specifications and details are confidential and exempt from
public records disclosure under § 119.0725, Florida Statutes which exempts network
schematics, hardware and software configurations, and encryption information. The
Commission can receive additional information about this proposed purchase from
the City Manager's Office.
FUNDING SOURCE
Funding for this purchase is budgeted in the FY26 budget in GL 001-16-1600-530342
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Commission approve the purchase of an IT system for multi-
year terms not to exceed cost of $250,000 for 5 years and an associated component for
a multi-year term not to exceed $35,000 for 3 years.
Staff is recommending authorization to utilize State Contracts and to authorize the City
Manager and City Attorney to sign any and all documents required to complete these
purchases.
