Subject: Comments regarding the Tuskawilla Office Park elevation for lot #10
Commcnts:
I. ^!l with the prcvious buildings sent for our review, a building with a true raised finish floor
would bc preferable. The look of a raised finish floor appears to be somewhat accomplished
here, however, with a building base that is clad in a what appears to be stone,
2. It appears that there is a stOne band above the windows on either side of the doors. It
would be better not to place a stone band at the top of a stucco wall. Stone gives the
appearance of being a "heavier" material than stucco and materials that appear heavier should
generally be placed below materials that appear lighter. Stone would be better used at the
basc of the building. (If stone is used at the top of a stucco wall, it should generally be
configured as a cornice molding, as in Italian or Spanish Mediterranean architecture.
