PURPOSE: The Finance Department relaying information to the City Commission Regarding FY 03 Supplemental Appropriations to Date. CONSIDERATIONS: The City Commission has previously approved approximately $176,000 in supplemental appropriations for unanticipated expenditures during FY 03. Additional supplemental appropriations in the amount of$135,069 are being requested 5/27/2003. Note that the General Fund new request is building related and will be covered by associated building revenues as soon as the separate fund is broken out in FY 03.
