REQUEST:
The Community Development Department recommends approval of the proposed
marketing sign for the Tuskawilla Office Park (TOP), subject to conditions.
PURPOSE: .
The purpose of this agenda item is to consider and approve the proposed marketing sign
for the Tuskawilla Office Park, subject to meeting the maximum 30 degree internal angle
requirement for a "V" sign. In the Town Center, all signs shall be subject to a
Discretionary Aesthetic Appropriateness Review by the DRC in order that signs are
consistent and in harmony with the Winter Springs Town Center..

February 11, 2002 - City Commission approves final engineering/site plan and
development agreement for the TOP.
July 29, 2003 -
Staff DRC recommends approval of marketing sign at TOP,
subject to maximum 30 degree internal angle.

FINDINGS:
1. Staff finds that the proposed marketing "V" sign meets code, subject to the
internal angle adjustment and a Discretionary Aesthetic Appropriateness Review
by the DRC.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the proposed sign, subject to a maximum internal angle of 30
degrees and Discretionary Aesthetic Appropriateness Review by the DRC.
