PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to request the City Commission review the US 17 -92 Redevelopment Trust Map. CONSIDERATIONS: . At the April 8, 2002 Commission meeting staff addressed the increase in the US 17-92 Redevelopment Trust tax bill over the prior year. . The taxable value of the US 17-92 Redevelopment area lying within incorporated Winter Springs increased $10,192,172 for the 2001 tax year resulting in a tax bill of $54,377 in FY 02 versus $16,772 in FY 01. . In turn the Commission requested a copy of the US 17-92 Redevelopment area map for reVIew. FUNDING: None. RECOMMENDATION: None.
