Bush at 8:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708). Roll Call: Mayor John F. Bush, present Deputy Mayor Michael S. Blake, present Commissioner Robert S. Miller, present Commissioner Donald A. Gilmore, present Commissioner Sally McGinnis, present Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs, present City Manager Ronald W. McLemore, present City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese, arrived at 8:09 a.m. ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION Pursuant To Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, The City Attorney Will Be Seeking The Advice Of The City Commission Regarding Settlement Negotiations And Strategy Related To Litigation Expenditures Concerning The Pending Litigation Titled "Seminole County v. City Of Winter Springs" - Fla. 5th District Court Of Appeal- Case No.: 5D05-81. The Persons Scheduled To Be In Attendance Are Mayor John F. Bush, Deputy Mayor Michael S. Blake, Commissioner Robert S. Miller, Commissioner Donald A. Gilmore, Commissioner Sally McGinnis, Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs, City Manager Ronald W. McLemore, City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese, And A Court Reporter. I f'~ ~ -. ; :II CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA MINUTES CITY COMMISSION ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION - JUNE 12,2006 PAGE20F3 Attorney Garganese stated, "I just would like to seek the advice and direction of the City Commission regarding the Case, 'Seminole County v. City of Winter Springs', Case Number 5D05-81. As you know, the result of the Fifth District Court of Appeal, the Commission needs to make a decision regarding any future prosecution of this Case. And, at this point, I would like to have an Attorney-Client Session with the Commission. " Mayor Bush noted that "Persons scheduled to be in attendance are myself - John Bush the Mayor, Deputy Mayor Michael Blake, Commissioners Robert Miller, Donald Gilmore, Sally McGinnis, Joanne Krebs, the City Manager Ronald McLemore, the City Attorney Anthony Garganese, and a Court Reporter." Brief discussion. Mayor Bush then recessed this portion of the Meeting at approximately, 8: 15 a. m. All parties who were part of the Attorney-Client Session then departed the Commission Chambers. Note: Due to technical difficulties, Side B of the next audiotape was used. Tape 2/Side B At the conclusion of the "Closed Session" portion of the Attorney-Client Session of Monday, June 12, 2006, Mayor John F. Bush called the Attorney-Client Session back to Order at approximately 10:08 a.m., in the Commission Chambers of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708). Mayor Bush asked that another "Roll Call" be called. Roll Call: Mayor John F. Bush, present Deputy Mayor Michael S. Blake, present Commissioner Robert S. Miller, present Commissioner Donald A.
