REQUEST:The Information Services Department wishes to update the
City Commission on the status of the Utility Billing
Conversion.
PURPOSE:
To update the Commission on the status of issues relative to the
Utility Billing conversion.
CONSIDERATIONS:
The new Munis Utility Billing system went live at the end of May
2001. Since that time, various issues have arisen, most of which have
been resolved. However, there are still some on-going issues that are
being worked on as listed in the attached issues list.
Munis has made a firm commitment to do whatever it takes to resolve
these issues in a timely manner so that our Utility Billing Service can
be the best that it can be.
