WARNING
A resident living at 1315 Deer Run is going before the city
commission on Feb. 27th in an attempt to obtain a permit to park
or store a recreational vehicle, which is approximately 40 ft. in
length, on his property. This resident has been cited in the past
by the Winter Springs Police Department for violating a city
ordinance which prohibits any recreational vehicle over 28 ft.
from being parked or stored in a residentially zoned district, and
he was ordered to remove it. Now this resident is going before
the city commission to request a permit be issued to allow this
very large motor home (size of a bus) be stored or parked on his
property.
DON'T ALLOW THIS HAPPEN. CALL CITY HALL.
COME TO THE HEARING ON FEB. 27 AT 6:30 PM..

Call me, T om Gerge, at (407) 421-4414, and I will gladly bring
