If you are going to have 'paid for' speakers or whether if you are going to do something as a group if you need that. Also, the refreshments. " Then Board Member Ritchey stated, "The people that come to listen to this sign up, pay for a registration, go to that time, their - registration ticket actually gets them a very nice tree and they will already know what it is, a certain amount of size to transport." Then you have these over here for the general public. My eye would say - 'Oh, next year, look at what they are getting over there. I think I am going to attend that seminar'." Tape I/Side B Chairperson Bard said, "I like the idea of having both on the same site. Because I agree, if people show up and say 'If I had been willing to pay three or five - [dollars] ($3.00- $5.00) I could have gotten that instead. Next year, I am going to do that'." Board Member Ritchey stated, "Basically, I need to find a venue where it could be." Discussion. On a final note, Chairperson Bard said, "Why don't we say - September? So, we will put that on the Agenda for September." Regarding the preparation for the Arbor Day event, Board Member Beecher commented that, "We need to get started earlier.
