Our Vision is for Winter Springs to be a
Community with lush tree canopied neighbor-

CONSERVATION PLANTING
Water conservation through selective plant-
ing is commonly referred to as Water Wise
landscaping. The utilization of native Florida
plantings that are easily sustainable is an
important part of local landscape planning.
By applying these basic principles in your
design, you will help save the environment
and gain an attractive, low maintenance
landscape for many years to come.

soaping and water conservation, visit St.
