Dear Chairperson Ferguson and Board Members,
On behalf of the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, I am pleased to extend
an invitation to you and Members of the Beautification of Winter Springs Board to attend
a Sunshine Law Seminar which is being hosted by the City of Winter Springs and being
held at our City Hall Commission Chambers (1126 East State Road 434) on Tuesday,
March 23, 2004, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Weare very honored that Mr. Robert Wayne Holmes, Esquire, Assistant State Attorney
for the State Attorney's Office of the 18th Judicial Circuit for Brevard and Seminole
Counties will be our Guest Speaker, discussing issues pertaining to the Sunshine Law.
The City Commission and I feel that it is in the best interests of everyone to hold such a
Seminar and we are highly suggesting that all of our Advisory Board and Committee
Members make plans to attend this informative Seminar.
