Do not park trucks on turf along the right of way at the entrance. pi. 03, ,~3 Please schedule pruning back sagos to the ground at the end of March to facilitate the removal of the scale infestation. Place stakes at first pine tree at median #1. Pine tree is leaning 2"d grouping of pine trees at median #1 - 2 tall existing pine trees looking chloritic probably due to construction damage compaction. Pick up twigs 2"d grouping of existing oak trees at median #1 directly across the street from 1110 winter springs blvd. (located on the north side of winter springs blvd.). Second grouping of pine trees just after 1111 winter springs blvd this address is on the south side of the road. Just beyond that pine trees have tip die-back and look in decline. This is probably due to compaction during construction. Median # 2 Remove twigs and leaves from Jasmine groundcover area and remove azaleas that are completely dead. Median #2 Directly across from 1211 winter springs blvd, on south side of road investigate coonties there are several fronds that are brown, investigate and report Remove cigarette buts from Crinums in this area also. Brown spots in turf before you get to cold drive, the two turf area before northern way 12/27/02 Median #5 Directly across from 1304 winter springs blvd, remove dead azaleas. Medians #4 & 5 Liriope leaf edges turning yellow please check-watering time. Report back in general regarding watering times /plant material health. Median #5 Remove leaves and twigs from jasmine ground cover area Directly across from 1314 Winter Springs, pine tree leaning over, please re-stake Median #6 Brown spots in turf on south side of median below 1S` grouping of palm trees. Investigate and report back. 12/19/02 Median #7 Just past Arrowhead entrance liriope at encamp some strands looking yellow. On south side of median remove dead azaleas Azalea grouping just before Tosca Oaks entrance heading west azalea in decline General notes new pine tree looking a little yellow. Consult with Mike Mingia Front entrance fountains observed shut off maintenance personnel on site South side main entrance 1 dead azaleas North and south side of entrance all tree ties to be removed South side entrance azaleas on back side of berm in decline many look like they are wilting South side entrance back of berm: south side 26 dead azaleas due to moisture problem 3 others in decline South side of entrance furthest to south: 32 dead azaleas, 3 dead Ligustrum trees Spread mulch at drainage grate at fare south side of main entrance 1 dead Red Ruffle azalea south side of entrance fountain planter South side planter at entrance: There are still 2 dead azalea pulled out of the ground adjacent to the fountain and this request was given verbally and in writing and they are still remaining Median # 23 annual needs water Vistawilla entrance: remove yellowing and brown leaves off crinum lilies in entrance planters 12/18/02 1. KAV took cuttings of declining Azaleas to the Seminole County Extension Service on 10/10/02. Diagnosis by two separate individuals states that there is a root problem. Girlding roots which stressed the plants. Additional water causing a pathogen situation. Discussed with Bob on 10/21/02. 5. Coordinate recovery of Sago Tea Scale problems /Azalea decline problems with Greenfields. 6, .Previous request not completed. 7, 10/16/02/ two dead azalea plants at front of South fountain. 8. Coordinate weed problem areas with Greenfields for immediate irradication. Coordinate this issue with KAV as soon as possible. 3. Hand pull weeds for 5 or ten minutes each mowing at each median to keep up and avoid spraying and brown weeds. 4.
