A NOTE ABOUT
XERISCAPING®,..
Water conservation through selective
planting is called Xeriscaping®. The use of
native Florida plants and other selected
plants that have adapted to the cycles of
rain and drought is an important part of a
beautiful, carefree landscape. By applying
the concept of Xeriscaping you not only
save on the cost of water, but help the
environment as well.
For more information on Xeriscaping® and
water conservation contact the St. Johns
River Water Management District at
800-725-5922.
