RE: Consent Agenda Items 201 and 202 -Minutes
At the April 15, 2008 Regular Meeting, there were some questions about the February 19,
2008 Regular Meeting Minutes. I have reviewed these Minutes and found that there were
some changes that I needed to include to ensure that the account of the Meeting was
totally accurate. Attached are the February 19, 2008 Regular Meeting Minutes for Re-
Approval with the highlighted changes that I have made.
Just to be sure, I reviewed the January 15, 2008 Regular Meeting Minutes as well, and
included some minor changes that needed to be made. I have also included a copy of
these Minutes for the Board's Re-Approval.
Please understand that I have reviewed both records again as well as had additional
people review to ensure that the records are completely accurate.
I want to assure you that the Office of the City Clerk have taken additional steps to
enhance the procedure of how we proof Minutes and there should not be any similar
issues of concern.
