REQUEST:
The Code Enforcement Board to discuss the Workshop for Code Enforcement
Board Members, Special Magistrates, Hearing Officers, and Board Attorneys to be
held on June 23, 2007.
PURPOSE:
The Code Enforcement Board is being asked to discuss the Workshop for Code
Enforcement Board Members, Special Magistrates, Hearing Officers, and Board
Attorneys and agree upon a representative to attend the Workshop.
CONSIDERATIONS:
This Agenda Item was requested by Chairman Matisak to determine an appointee
to attend the Workshop.
The Workshop is to be held on Saturday, June 23, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00
Noon.
The location of the Workshop is to be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville -
Riverfront which is located at 225 East Coastline Drive, Jacksonville, Florida
32202.

The Fee for this Workshop is $48 for Workshop with Breakfast Included.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Code Enforcement Board is respectfully requested to appoint a
Representative from the Board to attend the Workshop for Code Enforcement
Board Members, Special Magistrates, Hearing Officers, and Board Attorneys on
June 23, 2007.
