Winter Springs, FL. 32708 Dear Mehrdad &Virgina Sheikh, This is your notice to stop trespassing on my property immediately. You have never received my permission to clear paths on my property with your tractor and mower. If this continues I will report this to the Winter Springs Police and have my attorney take whatever action is required to restore the land to its condition prior to you clearing it for your personal golf course. I suggest you consult Bill Suber, Seminole County Property Appraiser, as you are mistaken about this being public land. Check the plat of Tuscawilla Unit 12; you will see that my property goes to Bear Creek with a Geenbelt, Drainage, and Utility Easement that does not allow for any improvement, much less your traspassing. Your may want to check Florida case law and see how courts have ruled in favor of landowners who have had their land cleared without permission or permit.
