Also, i am In the process of making a video that I believe will assist In assuring the City of Winter Springs of the structural In#egrlty of and home of over 20 years. We can not afford to pay someone to make repairs that i can safely pertorm, and coun;e, wlth(n compliance of all present city codes. Other homeowners are permitted to make home repairs and I believe that I should be allowed that same right. We have a v®ry modest Income and tha cost of not allowing me tp perform my own home repalr(s} is a jQ that will distroy our quality of Iffe. As a Homeowner, the roof repair that I did was because, additional heavy rainstorms were forecasted. Water leaking from the flat roof Into our living area was causing much anxiety, as well as Interior damage to our property. Dennis Franklin has kindly agreed to provide me with certain data that I believe will be of assistance in my quest to resolve concerns from the City, Understandable, this information will not be tmmedlately available to me. Therefore I am asking that, once I receive Dennis's Information i be allowed to deliver to the board a complete °package" of documents In my °defense" before setting a hearing date.
