facing 1~1oss Road needs repairs. I agreed, Ms. Davidson not certain about fence on other
side of galley. Davidson measured the fence at 151 feet from the start of my property line.
Davidson told me she is not sure whose property the fence is on, her or Capt. "I'ollison would
get bac1, to me with a determination on 1 1/19/03.

the fence ownership question is resolved.
!2. 1/24/04 Receive certified letter requiring us to appear at the 2/17/04 Code
Enforcement hearing or face tines of $'750.00 per day.
13. 1126/04 Left message for Cathy Davidson to explain why the fence in question is
"ours" and to cite the specific code backing up that determination since !
have not heard from Capt. Tollison as promised on ! !!?1/03.
14. 1/26!04 1~1s. Davidson returned my call promptly but refused to give me any
information regarding the fence and it's ownership as promised. Davidson
refused to give me any exact code violation other than to say I had better be
p-•epao-ect foa- the hearing because !will learn all the answers to my questions
at the hearin<~. I sensed a great amount of hostility when 1 asked her again
for the enact codes I was violating so !could at least have an idea why ! am
being cited. She e•epeated, with some frustration, 1 wilt find alt that out on
2/i 7 at the hearing. t sa-•castically said thanks for• your help as a public
servant and hung up.
