Article II Sectionl of the Florida Association of Code Enforcement By-Laws reads as follows: Voting Delegates. Each participating agency, as defined in section 5 of this Article, shall be entitled to one vote and shall designate one active member to be the primary voting delegate together with one active member to serve as an alternate who may vote only in the absence or incapacity of the primary voting delegate. Such voting delegate must be an active member of the jurisdiction he/she represents as the voting delegate. Such designation shall be in writing and signed by the appropriate representative of the participating agency. In short, for an agency to vote at the conference in June, the form at the bottom of this page must be completed. It is short and painless, and will serve to avoid confusion when the elections are held at the conference in June.
