By SANDRA PEDlONl SENTINEL STAFF WRITER Three community meetings next week will offer residents a chance to give their opinions as the county creates a plan for what seJ:Vices will. be priorities during the next few years. A national co~ting and re- search firm, MGT of America, is helping with the planning process and conducting the meetings. "We think it's important to listen to everyday citizens about what's . going Qn in their community and their future and what they want from county government," said Fred Seamon, a senior partner with MGT.
