EAR Question
Please find below my comments relative to the EAR Process that came out in the Workshop.
. What kind of housing does the older generation desire to live in? Should we consider
extended family dwellings such as cottages and mother-in-law suites?
. Is it necessary to maintain the 25% housing components to support office park
environment?
. Will families who cannot afford single family units occupy town homes, condos,
rental property?
. What can we do to attract an assisted living center?
. What do we need to do to require town home and condos conformance to
communities for a life time standards?
