Fee Schedule We provide our services on a hard dollar basis. Our hard dollar fees vary depending on the complexity of the engagement. All Fees are fully disclosed and negotiated with the client in advance. Fees witi be billed in arrears, generally quarterly. Under no circumstances are our fees based on a share of capital gains or appreciation of funds. Client can terminate our advisor services at any time upon written notice. 3.
