REQUEST:
The Community Development Department - Planning Division with Planning Communities
LLC requests the Local Planning Agency (LP A) receive an update on the Evaluation and
Appraisal Report (EAR) by Planning Communities LLC.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this agenda item is to receive valuable insight from the Board on the
implementation of existing Comprehensive Plan objectives related to the major issues identified
for the EAR in preparation for the Joint LPAlCity Commission Workshop on January 7, 2008 at
7:00 PM.
