CALL TO ORDER The Attorney-Client Session (2) of Monday, February 12, 2007 of the City Commission was called to Order by Mayor John F. Bush at 6:01 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs,- Florida 32708). II. ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION Pursuant To Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, The City Attorney Will Be Seeking The Advice Of The City Commission Regarding Settlement Negotiations And Strategy Related To Litigation Expenditures Concerning The Pending Litigation In And For Seminole County, Florida, Richard Roy And Kathleen Roy, Plaintiffs, vs. Seville Chase Homeowners Association, Inc.; Florida Power Corporation; And City Of Winter Springs, Defendants" - Circuit Court Of The 18th Judicial Circuit - Case Number: 05-CA-1700-14-K. Mayor Bush stated, "The persons scheduled to be in attendance are the Mayor, John Bush, Deputy Mayor Sally McGinnis, Commissioner Robert [S.] Miller, Commissioner Rick Brown, Commissioner Don[ald A.] Gilmore, Commissioner Joanne [M.] Krebs, City Manager Ronald [W.] McLemore, City Attorney Anthony [A.] Garganese, and a Court Reporter." Roll Call: Mayor John F. Bush, present Deputy Mayor Sally McGinnis, present Commissioner Robert S. Miller, present Commissioner Rick Brown, present Commissioner Donald A. Gilmore, present Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs, present City Manager Ronald W. McLemore, absent (For Roll Call) City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese, present City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese briefly spoke on this Attorney-Client Session. This portion of this Attorney-Client Session was then closed. Those attending this Attorney-Client Session left the Commission Chambers at 6:03 p.m. At 6:49 p.m., Members of the City Commission returned to the Commission Chambers. Mayor Bush called this Attorney-Client Session back to Order at 6:50 p.m. ~ ("--=1 III.
