REQUEST:
Information Services wishes to update the Commission on
telephone calls and complaints received through the City's
telephone system operator.
PURPOSE:
To update Commission on telephone calls and complaints received
through the City's telephone system operator.
CONSIDERATIONS: .
At the request of the City Commission, the City operator was moved from
the Police Department to City Hall in May 2006. At that time, we began
tracking the number and type of incoming calls, the intended
destination/department, and complaints received. This agenda item is
meant to present this information in chart form. The statistics for June -
December 2006 are as follows:
