Kip,
I inspected the site today regarding the Sidewalk Enhancement Plan from Seminole
County. It looks like the changes will not be too bad. There will still be sufficient room
for the bed area and shouldn't detract from our sign feature.
I will bring this to the next TLBD meeting.
Thank You,
Ste. T. ~,~otLu~

Juan,
Thank you for the 10096 plans and congratulations on your new addition.
A few preliminary comments (on the plans) are:
1. Could you send the information on the bridge details? You mentioned green but
we have found black to be more aesthetically appealing. However, if the
handrails are steel instead of aluminum and painted black, that may not be
good. As we discussed, we recently received the FDOT vehicular bridge report
which has deemed the existing structure "functionally obsolete". We will keep
you apprised of our plans.
2. We would recommend a public meeting or maybe a mailer notification with a
contact number. I don't think most of our residents are aware of this.
3. The sidewalk is shown very close to the Tuscawilla entrance signage at Shetland
which we are currently altering the landscaping and lighting. We will review and
provide you with any suggestions we may have.
