Homeowner is satisfied with job done by Del-Air Company. 7/03 Irrigation at Vistawilla minor entrance sign area was on at the wrong time as reported by George Moms. Called P& L Maintenance who investigated and stated that it did not appear to be our system but the adjoining irrigation system. P&L Maintenance is re-staking many of the leaning pine trees on the Winter Springs Blvd. medians this month. 7/7-7!11/03 Trees (dead pines) removed at Tuskawilla Road and Winter Springs Blvd. -south fountain area Stumps were also ground in this area as well as many areas on the Winter Springs Blvd. medians. 7/7/03 Met with Gary Hillery to review TLBD projects and the proposed minor entrance way lighting upgrade. Presented Nightscaping booklet for review. Light cover at Seneca sign replaced. 7/103 Met with John Cathcart about warranty issues and continued costs of lighting repair and replacement trees on Winter Springs Blvd. We are awaiting an answer as to what will be done on these issues. 7/15103 Met with Gary Hillery to review TLBD projects and Trotwood entrance sign lighting. Discussed fixture specifications for lighting. Requesting demo lights from manufachuer. P&L Mai~enance was requested to provide a price to remove and replace trees that will perish due to auto accident at Shetland/Citrus minor entrance siga 7/16/03 Evening lighting inspection with Gary Hillery revealed many lights out at the main entrance and vandalism at the Vistawilla minor e~ance sign area Estimated damages approximately $ 1000.00. Lighting to be re-arranged in the south fountain bottom and middle shelf area 7/18/03 P&L Mai~enance replaced the annuals with Coleus. North fountain not on at the proper time. Water level found to be low. Jack corrected problem and cleaned performed service. 7/19/03 Minor entrances at Howell Creek, Dyson, and Deer Run: Bids have been collected for the (3) minor entrances landscaping and irrigation. In our last meeting I stated the project of relocating the potable water supply line to resident at 1157 Howell Creek Road would be completed on 6/25/03. I received a telephone call from Del- Air, Inc. rescheduling this to Friday 6/27/03. After they have completed work I will inspect the area for quality.
